Refunds Eligibility
You have 10 calendar days to request a refund from the date you received the service.
You must file the Refund Request to our email at gampanion@gmail.com with details like
1. Gampanion name
2. Order number
3. Order details (Match/Hour and the unit price per Match/Hour)
4. Service date and time
5. Game title
6. Reason for unsatisfactory service
7. Proof of payment/purchase
Processing of Refunds

Once we receive your Refund Request, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your request.

GAMPANION will not process any Refund Request with incomplete details

GAMPANION reserve the rights to withholds any refunds request based on the investigation with the Gampanion seller.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the situation with the Gampanion seller.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment ( Bank account or E-wallet).

The refund value will only be appropriated according to the final paid amount.

You will receive the credit within 3-5 working days from the day when the refund request is approved, depending on your card issuer's policies.
